This large oceanfront vacation apartment was designed to be totally maintenance free. The 3,500-square-foot (325-sq-m) apartment and 2,500-square-foot (230-sq-m) terrace in a new building in Miami Beach is furnished almost entirely with outdoor pieces from B&B Italia.
In lieu of construction, custom millwork from Poliform was used to create various activity areas and provide screens to help define public and private zones.
