The renovation of this prewar duplex involved creating updated spaces within the existing layout while restoring original attributes such as the ceiling detail in the living room. The decor is contemporary, comfortable and casual.
Custom built-ins add character to the living area, while custom horizontal-grain white-oak cabinets in the kitchen offer a clean, sleek aesthetic. The fully updated primary suite maximizes space and storage with built-in shelving and floating side tables.
