429 GREENWICH LOFT  NEW YORK, NY

This 3,000-square-foot (280-sq-m) loft was created in an 1887 prewar warehouse in Tribeca. The family wanted to maintain the loft style of the space by preserving some of the original building elements, such as the exposed brick walls and metal sliding door in the primary bedroom.

Contemporary accents work well alongside rustic touches and eclectic furniture resulting in a balanced aesthetic.
