This project had a very specific scope of inserting a new 68-unit residential complex on a tight triangular site in historic Morristown, New Jersey.
The location, within the urban renewal district and adjacent to the main train station, was chosen to entice buyers of different backgrounds and lifestyles to live in a downtown urban setting.
