This project involved the renovation of a 1960s office building. The expansive building complex, created for Hewlett Packard as their East Coast distribution center, comprises 500,000 square feet (46,450 sq m) of office and warehouse space.
The highlight of the new commercial lobby is a custom stained-glass curtain wall inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright.
