When this sprawling farmhouse was purchased by a couple in 2023, it hadn’t been updated in more than 20 years. The mechanical systems needed a major overhaul, and the main house and the secondary structures on the property required cosmetic upgrades. An unused attic was converted into a quirky yet fun hangout space for when the grandkids visit.
The pool house was cleaned up to double as a bar and entertainment space, while the office was transformed into a combined workspace and movie room. All in all, the main house and outbuildings were modernized without compromising the original aesthetics that initially beguiled the new owners.
