This project involved the complete gut renovation of a 17-story 1920s-era structure consisting of 65 apartments and a rooftop pool. The building, located in South Beach, Miami, was outfitted with hurricane-grade building products and materials.
The 68 units were redesigned and an entire floor of five apartments were fitted out as model units with furniture and interior finishes for marketing purposes.
