Located in the heart of Morristown’s downtown district, this project combines four separate buildings into a mixed-use center featuring retail, office, and residential spaces.
The historical detailing was restored and recreated, new doors and windows were designed, and the facades were updated to create a coherent and balanced front to the town’s square. The interiors of all four buildings were entirely rehabilitated to serve the multiple new uses.
